respiratory pathogens detected by Labor Berlin in weekly updates. Here you can see how often individual pathogens were found in comparison to the others. Higher suPAR levels were closely associated with more severe disease, more frequent organ failure and a significantly increased mortality rate within 90 days. A threshold value of approximately 14 ng\/ml proved to be an independent and particularly meaningful predictor \u2013 even when compared to established scores such as the MELD score. High expression ruled out the presence of these autoantibodies with a negative predictive value of 100%, while low expression in combination with a CRP &gt;50 mg\/L showed a positive predictive value of 70%. The presence of neutralizing autoantibodies was associated with increased mortality independently of SARS-CoV-2. The risk of infection increases with age and varies depending on the severity of the injury and accompanying injuries. Well-preserved T-cell function, in particular high CD8\u207a T-cell counts and a high IFN-\u03b3\/IL-4 ratio, significantly reduces the risk.
