The following interests are pursued:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Prevention of vandalism and exercise of domiciliary rights;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Protection of property and ownership;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Preservation of evidence in the prosecution of criminal offenses;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Protection of employees<\/p>\n<h4>Legal basis for data processing:<\/h4>\n<p>The legal basis for data processing is the protection of legitimate interests acording to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d and f DSGVO<\/p>\n<h4>Duration of data storage:<\/h4>\n<p>The recordings are deleted after 72 hours; in individual cases, the storage period is extended until the stated purpose no longer applies.<\/p>\n<h4>Recipients or categories of recipients of the data (if a data transfer takes place):<\/h4>\n<p>In the event of criminal offenses, the data is passed on to the responsible law enforcement and investigative authorities.<\/p>\n<h4>Information on the rights of data subjects:<\/h4>\n<p>The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information specified in Art. 15 DSGVO.<\/p>\n<p>The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her and, where applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data (Art. 16 DSGVO).<\/p>\n<p>The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay where one of the grounds listed in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to erasure).<\/p>\n<p>The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data subject has objected to processing, for the duration of the verification by the controller.<\/p>\n<p>The data subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 DSGVO).<\/p>\n<p>Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the DSGVO (Art. 77 DSGVO).
