22.09.25 | Labor Berlin was awarded by Tagesspiegel as part of the study “Berlin’s Best Employers & Training Companies 2025.” We are officially one of the top employers in the capital and are allowed to bear the coveted seal of quality. This sends a strong signal to our employees and anyone who wants to join us.
Background to the award
The study was conducted by the independent social science institute Schad (SWI HR) on behalf of the Tagesspiegel newspaper. Around 600 Berlin-based companies took part in a detailed self-audit, which assessed factors such as working conditions, training opportunities, equal opportunities, and the quality of training. Only companies that achieved at least 70% of the possible points received the seal.
