    In addition to the basic salary, Labor Berlin pays bonuses for weekend, night, public holiday and shift work as well as for short-notice shifts, on-call duty and standby duty. Employees working alternating shifts also receive additional leave.

  • Promotion opportunities

    We support you in your personal development. For example, if you would like to train as an MTL/A to become a senior MTL/As, we offer you the opportunity to take part in a two-year course at external schools to achieve this goal. The costs will be borne by Labor Berlin.

    The health of our employees is important to us. Thanks to the “Urban Sports” membership subsidised by Labor Berlin, employees can choose from a wide range of sports activities! The L rate is free of charge and can be used four times a month.

  • BVG company ticket

    Sustainability is important to us – this also applies to mobility. For this reason, Labor Berlin subsidises the cost of public transport. Employees can choose between subsidising the Berlin-Brandenburg ticket or the Germany ticket.

  • Compatibility of family & career

    If your childcare is unavailable at short notice, KidsMobil will step in and look after your child at home. Labor Berlin covers all costs. If your child is ill, you as a parent are released from work for up to 20 days per year with 100% continued pay.

  • Moving costs

    If you move to Berlin for a new job or if your commute to work is reduced by 50 kilometres or 30 minutes each way as a result of the move, we will reimburse your relocation costs of up to 750 euros.

  • Further education and training

    With over 120 events per year, Labor Berlin offers a comprehensive and needs-oriented training and development programme. The personal development of employees is promoted through individual personnel development plans, mentoring, work shadowing and feedback sessions.

  • Management development

    We want our managers to feel as well prepared as possible for their demanding role in the company. That is why we want to offer them individual support through one-to-one coaching sessions with experts.

  • Employee basic check

    As an employee, you have the opportunity to have a regular basic laboratory check-up with us. In addition to your private medical care, this allows you to detect possible health risks at an early stage & gives you an overview of your body’s important functions.

  • Sporting team activities

    TEAM is very important to us! That’s why we offer our employees the opportunity to take part in team relay races together, thereby actively promoting their health and strengthening the bond within the team.

  • Events

  • bAV and BU

    A private pension scheme to supplement the statutory pension is more important than ever for adequate financial security in retirement. Labor Berlin therefore supports its employees with an employer subsidy of 20% of their deferred compensation. In addition, Labor Berlin offers subsidised occupational disability insurance, as occupational disability can quickly lead to insufficient financial reserves.
